What to do when barcode or photo scan doesn't find your product

Not all products are in our database yet — we’re adding more every day.

Try these alternatives:

  • Use photo scan instead of barcode — take a photo of the product label

  • Skip for now — you can add products later from your routine screen

If a product isn’t found by either method, it means we don’t have it in our database yet. Your routine will still work — the app recommends alternatives based on what your hair needs.
