From the app (recommended):
Open Settings → Delete Account and follow the steps.
Without the app:
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account” from the email address you registered with. We’ll process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation when it’s done.
All personal data is permanently deleted — your hair analysis, progress photos, routine history, and profile data. We keep anonymized payment records for tax compliance as required by law.
Important: If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, deleting your account does NOT cancel your subscription. You need to cancel it separately in your device settings. If you subscribed on our website, your subscription is canceled automatically.
